Coordinate with construction teams to address and resolve technical queries and provide clarifications on project specifications. Assist in preparing project closeout documentation, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties.Cost Control and Budget Management:Assist in estimating project costs and develop budgets for labor, materials, equipment, and other project-related expenses. Monitor project expenditures and track costs against the budget, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective measures. Collaborate with procurement teams to source and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Review and approve payment requests from contractors and subcontractors, verifying work completion and compliance with contractual terms.Team Collaboration and Communication:Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on project objectives. Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and construction staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. Previous experience in construction project management or engineering roles. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project, Sketchup 3D etc. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
