Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer with an NTTS Certificate for a full-time position located in Sriperumbudur. This role requires a proactive individual with a focus on improving production processes and efficiency. The candidate should possess a strong analytical ability to optimize manufacturing performance and ensure high-quality production standards. Qualifications and Skills - Proven experience in process optimization aimed at increasing manufacturing efficiency and product quality (Mandatory skill). - Strong knowledge in lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance operational performance (Mandatory skill). - Expertise in root cause analysis for identifying and addressing production issues swiftly and effectively (Mandatory skill). - Solid understanding of quality control methods to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies to systematically improve processes and eliminate defects. - Experience in production planning to manage resources effectively and meet production targets. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and management. Roles and Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance production efficiency and reduce costs. - Conduct thorough analyses of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Participate in the development and maintenance of lean manufacturing strategies to drive continuous operational improvement. - Perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues and minimize downtime in the manufacturing process. - Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement measures to maintain high production quality. - Contribute to production planning activities to optimize resource allocation and achieve production goals. - Analyze production data to generate reports and provide insights for management decision-making processes. - Assist in training production staff on best practices to enhance their skills and productivity in line with company goals.
