Job Title:
Sales Executive / Sales Manager Supply Chain Services
CTC- 6 - 7 LPA + incentives.
Location:
Bengaluru
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of sales/business development experience in logistics/supply chain (Freight Forwarding, 3PL/4PL, Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding, contract logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across industries such as retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, automotive, pharma, and FMCG.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and margin targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain sales pipeline, update CRM, and report on sales activities regularly.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales/business development in logistics (Freight Forwarding, 3PL/4PL, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Solutions).
- Strong network of industry contacts and proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client supply chain challenges and propose customized solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and team player.
