PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER Professional Recruiters are experts in identifying top talent and matching them with ideal roles. They maintain close relationships with consultants, ensuring a world-class experience and ongoing support. Over 80% of our job placements last year were made by Professional Recruiters. MUST HAVES - 2-5 years of Technical Recruiting experience. - Proven career longevity and performance. - Full life cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, onboarding, consultant management) in the India market. - Comfortable in a high call volume environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). - Experience with job boards/platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Naukri, Career Builder. - Strong understanding of pay rate negotiation. - Bachelor's degree or higher. - Flexibility to support customers in different time zones.
