About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead GenAI & Computer Vision Engineer with 8+ years of AI/ML experience to drive innovation, lead a team, and deliver end-to-end AI solutions. The role combines expertise in Generative AI and Computer Vision, focusing on building scalable, impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development of Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents) and Computer Vision solutions.
- Build and deploy deep learning models, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven products.
- Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring technical excellence.
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements and drive best practices.

Required Skills

- 8+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
- 2+ years hands-on in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI agents).
- Strong in Computer Vision (OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow, NumPy).
- Proficiency in Python, APIs (Flask/FastAPI/Django), SQL & NoSQL.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Knowledge Graphs.
- Cloud & MLOps (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Must-Have Basics

- Python, OpenCV+NumPy, REST APIs, CSV/JSON handling, Git/GitHub.
