Greetings from Incheon KIA We are hiring an Assistant Human Resource Manager in the Pathanamthitta and Alappuzha region Job description Address employee inquiries and concerns Assist in resolving employee disputes and grievances Promote a positive workplace culture Assist in the recruitment process including job postings screening candidates and conducting interviews Coordinate on-boarding and orientation programs for new hires Maintain and update employee records Support the performance review process Help develop and implement performance improvement plans Track employee performance metrics Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs Support career development initiatives Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Assist in updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration Address employee questions regarding payroll and benefits Help with the implementation of benefits programs Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports Handle confidential information with discretion Profile Requirement Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or a related role Preferred Automobile experience Knowledge of HR principles practices and employment laws Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Master s Preferred Experience Human resources 5 years Required Work Location In person
