Job Description:As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Bright Vision Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data processing and analytics pipelines, optimize performance, and ensure data reliability and security.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable Salesforce solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide technical support to the team.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Salesforce development.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.

Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Develop and maintain data migration and integration scripts.

To qualify for this opportunity, you should have:

A strong background in Salesforce architecture and development with a minimum of 10-25 years of experience.

Excellent programming skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our clients and team members.

Important Notes:As part of the H-1B visa sponsorship process, there are various fees and expenses associated with filing and processing the application. While we are committed to supporting you through this process, we kindly request that candidates cover some of the costs like premium processing (if applicable), and dependent visa fees. This ensures a smooth and efficient process while aligning with our policies.

However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will reimburse 50% of the fee after 4 years of continuous employment with us.
