Your Role - Set up and fine-tunethresholds, alerts, and dashboards across infrastructure layers. - Integrate monitoring tools withITOM platforms(e.g., ServiceNow ITOM). - Optimize tool configurations and reduce alert noise. - Identify and implementautomation opportunitiesacross servers, storage, backup, databases, networks, and Azure environments. - Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure full-stack visibility. Your Profile - 4+ years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, tool administration, or cloud operations. - Hands-on experience withLogicMonitor,Illumio, andAzure Monitor. - Strong understanding ofIT infrastructure(servers, storage, backup, DB, network). - Familiarity withITOM integrations,automation, andobservability best practices. - Scripting knowledge (e.g.,PowerShell,Python,Shell) for automation. - Experience withAzure environmentsandServiceNow ITSM/ITOM.
