We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our team in Moonlight Mushroom The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities overseeing purchase orders coordinating with vendors and supporting smooth procurement operations This role requires strong analytical skills sound knowledge of purchase processes and effective communication abilities Key Responsibilities Manage and execute daily purchasing activities in alignment with company policies Create review and process purchase orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations negotiations and order follow-ups Maintain and update records of goods ordered and received Monitor inventory levels and plan purchase requirements accordingly Work closely with internal teams to forecast procurement needs Ensure cost-effectiveness and timely procurement of materials and services Prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing trends Resolve any issues related to delays quality or discrepancies in deliveries Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field Proven experience in purchasing processes and purchase management Hands-on experience with purchase order handling and vendor communication Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in MS Excel and basic procurement software Fluency in Hindi is mandatory basic English communication is required Knowledge of supply chain processes is preferred Experience Required- Minimum 6 months - 1 year preferred Perks Benefits Competitive salary as per industry standards Professional work environment Opportunities for learning and growth Fixed day shift with work-life balance To Apply Send your updated resume to hr MoonlightMushroom com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
