Job Title: HR Executive Operations (Fresher)

Location: HSR Layout, Sector 6 Bangalore

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager

Employee Strength: 150

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive (Operations Fresher) to support and manage day-to-day HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR and grow your career in a people-first and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.

2. HR Operations

- Support in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, documentation, and compliance forms.
- Handle onboarding formalities and induction programs for new hires.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

- Support in planning employee engagement activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employees for basic HR queries.
- Help in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

4. Policy Implementation & Compliance

- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HR guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR / Business Administration / related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn HR practices and processes.
- Ability to work from the office (full-time role).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
