The candidate should have strong design skills combined with frontend development expertise, with a clear understanding of financial applications and user journeys in the NBFC domain. Key Responsibilities - Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile fintech platforms. - Convert wireframes and prototypes into responsive, interactive front-end applications. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to define seamless user flows. - Ensure UI/UX designs meet financial industry standards for security and usability. - Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis. - Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends and best practices in fintech and NBFC products. Required Skills & Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer / Designer. - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS. - Hands-on experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular (any one is fine). - Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Experience in responsive and mobile-first design. - Understanding of user research, wireframing, and prototyping. - Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles for fintech/financial applications. - Ability to balance aesthetic design with functional usability. Good to Have (Optional Skills) - Knowledge of Flutter/React Native UI development. - Experience with design systems and component libraries. - Exposure to motion graphics/animations. - Prior work experience in NBFC, fintech, banking, or payment apps.
