Job Title: ZED MSME Field Executive

Location: Multiple (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana)
Industry: Business Consulting / Government Projects / MSME Support
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 52,000 per month
Open to: NCC Cadets, Ex-Army, Ex-Police Personnel

Sri Sai Vallavar Group is a government-empanelled consulting firm actively engaged in MSME development through national initiatives like ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) and other sustainability-driven projects. We work closely with small and medium enterprises to implement government standards and enable them to benefit from certifications, audits, and financial support schemes.

*Role Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and disciplined Field Executives to drive awareness and implementation of ZED MSME schemes across South India. This role is best suited for candidates with a background in uniformed services (NCC, Army, Police) who are passionate about contributing to Indias industrial and economic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit MSME units and spread awareness about ZED certification schemes

Assist companies with onboarding and documentation processes

Coordinate with consulting teams and local industries for project implementation

Conduct field surveys and collect necessary data as per guidelines

Build trust and rapport with clients, explaining government incentives clearly

Travel across designated regions (local/statewide as needed)

Report progress regularly to project leads or the operations manager

*Candidate Profile:

Preferred Background: NCC Cadets, Retired Army, or Police Personnel

Qualification: Degree - Additional qualifications are a plus)

Skills: Strong discipline, good communication, field coordination

Other: Willing to travel within the assigned region
