Job Summary:

Jayanth Pattanshetti Associates LLP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Real Estate Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an experienced attorney looking to develop their career in real estate law. The Junior Associate will work closely with other attorneys and partners to provide legal support and counsel to our clients in various real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

           
•         Conduct real estate due diligence, title searches, and property investigations.

·                    Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate transactions, regulations, and case law.

           
•         Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.

           
•         Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and closings.

           
•         Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and related matters.

           
•         Collaborate with colleagues and clients to resolve legal issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

           
•         Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations that may impact client interests.

           
•         Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.

Qualifications:

           
•         LLB/LLM degree from an accredited law school.

           
•         Strong interest in real estate law and a desire to develop expertise in this field.

           
•         Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

           
•         Effective communication and negotiation skills.

           
•         Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

           
•         Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

           
•         Previous experience or coursework in real estate law is a plus.


•                    Good command over Kannada and English language is a must.
