Job Description What You Will Do: - Manage daily operations of the Contingent Worker Program - Support hiring managers with CW guidelines, policies, and procedures - Monitor and approve new worker requests - Act as the first point of escalation for contingent worker queries and issue resolution - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with stakeholders - Partner with internal Adobe teams on quarterly reviews and project-based efforts - Maintain process documentation and ensure updates are clearly communicated - Drive audit processes and support ad hoc projects - Ensure high levels of client service and stakeholder satisfaction You're Good At: - Building cross-functional relationships across teams - Taking a hands-on approach to problem solving - Managing multiple priorities under pressure - Finding opportunities for process improvement - Adapting quickly and working independently You Have: - 23 years of experience in contingent workforce, staffing, or HR operations - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Solid Excel and PowerPoint capabilities - High learning agility and comfort with ambiguity - Experience with Workday and ServiceNow (preferred) - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-first mindset
