Responsibilities - Coordinate sales teams - Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM software - Make outbound calls to prospects and clients - Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases - Prepare and execute proposals and quotations - Work with sales team and assist them to help them to convert the stages in the sales process faster and bring it to closure stage faster - Perform other duties as assigned - Attend clients visiting the experience center and tell them about different products Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum 1-3 years in sales coordination - Excellent customer service and sales skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM and sales software - Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
