FERTY9 FERTILITY CENTER RAJAHMUNDRY Psychological counsellor Openings - 2 Female only Looking for immediate joiners only Employment Type - Full Time Work Mode - Work from office JOB Responsibilites Provide counselling and psychological support to patients undergoing fertility treatments including in vitro fertilization intrauterine insemination and other related procedures Assess the mental health of patients and identify any concerns that may need to be addressed before or during fertility treatments Provide guidance to patients on coping strategies and stress management techniques to help them manage the emotional and psychological challenges of fertility treatments Work closely with the fertility team to develop treatment plans that take into account the patient s mental health and well-being Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians and nurses to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and always ensure patient confidentiality Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of fertility psychology and integrate this knowledge into patient care and counselling services Participate in team meetings and attend conferences and other professional development opportunities as required Qualifications Masters in MSc Psychologist Experience providing counselling and psychological support to patients undergoing fertility treatments Excellent communication skills including the ability to empathize with patients and provide guidance and support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals Strong record-keeping and documentation skills with a commitment to patient confidentiality Knowledge of ethical principles and standards governing the practice of psychology in healthcare settings Location 2 nd floor Jayasree Complex 80-1-13 Jayasri Gardens AVA Rd Sheela Nagar Prakasam Nagar Rajamahendravaram Andhra Pradesh 533103 Job Type Full-time Pay 11 766 72 - 30 817 47 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Rajahmundry Andhra Pradesh Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Education Secondary 10th Pass Preferred Experience 7 0 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
