About Position: We are looking for Azure Architects who have experience in Azure data bricks, Data factory, to join our development team. - Role: Azure Architect - Location: Pune/ Bangalore - Experience: 10+ years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - Design and implement complex, scalable data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and transformation using Azure Databricks technologies. - Worked as lead, mentoring, leading and owning delivery from onsite and offshore team members. - Develop and manage data storage solutions including Azure SQL Database, Data Lake, and Blob Storage. - working as technical architect and delivering complex, critical, secure, available and scalable projects. - Leverage Azure Data Factory and other cloud-native tools to build and maintain ETL processes. - Conduct unit testing and ensure quality of data pipelines; mentor junior engineersand review their deliverables. - Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular status updates. - Optimise data workflows for performance and cost-efficiency; implement automation toreduce manual effort. Expertise You'll Bring: - Min 12+ years of total experience Should be Hands-on delivery person to lead the design and architecture of the MS fabric-based platform and related applications on Medallion framework. - Relevant technical and domain experience of 10+ years for Azure technologies like cloud storage solutions, ETL solutions like ADF, Dataflows, Synapse analytics, Notebooks (Pyspark) in Databricks or MS fabric. - Strong knowledge of Life Science domain, especially in CRO business is a plus. Excellent knowledge of languages like Python, SQL, Pyspark, Azure MS Fabric skills, Databricks is a plus. - Proven record of working as delivery lead, engaging with customer architects/ business stakeholders and delivery personnel, owning smooth deliveries - Should understand business use cases, customer pain points and address those with feasible solutions, add values with prior technical knowledge Should have done feasibility study and suggested better tools technologies to customer Should have led bigger teams across geographies with strong understanding of compliance and security requirements. - Should have problem solving skills, Analytical skills, excellent communication skills.
