Title: Solution Architect Experience: 10+ years Location: Pune Working Mode: Hybrid, 3 days a week from Office Domain: Banking Insurance Budget: upto 30 LPA Notice Period: 30 Days Job Description: - Design and oversee the technical and integration architecture of BMP / Modernized OPUS. - Produce and maintain key architecture artefacts including architecture decision, architecture decision logs, component interaction diagram, sequence diagrams. - Define, design, drive development of system interfaces within the respective platform. - Provide guidance to the development team on the appropriate technology stack for ongoing development aligning to Enterprise Architecture guidance. - Experience and expertise in areas related to either BMP or OPUS. - Familiarity with BMP vertical assets and architecture, or Modernized OPUS architecture. - Familiarity with ACM processes. - Good knowledge of the latest technology trends. - Bachelor in Engineering/MCA/M.Sc/ M.S./ MBA in Systems, IT or Insurance or Finance Technical: - 10-15 years of relevant experience in software development - Minimum 3 years of experience as technical architect, expertise with lead application development with internal team and vendor. - Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) and Container Runtime platform deployments. - Experience with and hands-on know-how on modern web application architecture and development, Microservice and system integration patterns. - Strong knowledge of modern Java development & document databases (MongoDB) - Expertise in architecting solution for Non-Functional Requirements like security, performance, availability and scalability - Experience on development tool chain, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Sonar, ArgoCD, Jira, Junit and similar automated testing tool(s). - Experience with GenAI assisted development. - Work with engineer leads to drive the adoption and enforcement of coding guidelines and standards, and proposing new if needed. - Leads and supports solution finding and the creation of solution designs - Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities - Responsible for technical architecture, interfaces, guidance to development team on technology stack. - Requires to work together with technical leads and IT Architects, to technically lead the different Agile teams and coordinating with their direct report the definition of IT Standards based on global IT strategy, architecture framework and standards and technical integrity of components. - Assure quality to project artefacts especially on solution architecture topics and artefacts. Support other aspects of quality assurance with QA lead and respective stakeholders - Familiar with Agile (Scrum) /iterative project methodology and practices - Strong presentation and communication skills - Willingness to travel to client locations
