Job Description: Business Development Support - Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements in PCS and e-Governance domains. - Prepare detailed RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution documents for government and port tenders. - Identify opportunities to position the company's IT solutions in the government technology space. Solution Design & Demonstration - Translate client business needs into tailored IT solutions aligned with PCS and government requirements. - Develop solution blueprints, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations. - Ensure compliance of solutions with industry standards (IMO, WCO, UN/CEFACT) and government regulations. Tender & Proposal Management - Lead the technical aspects of bid management, ensuring on-time, compliant, and winning submissions. - Work with cross-functional teams (technology, legal, finance) to prepare tender responses. - Maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, case studies, and solution templates. Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong working relationships with government stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers. - Support account managers during client interactions by providing technical depth and credibility. - Participate in industry events, seminars, and workshops to showcase solutions and gather insights. Market & Industry Analysis - Stay updated on government IT initiatives, PCS developments, and competitor offerings. - Provide feedback to product teams for enhancing solution features based on market needs. - Identify technology trends (AI, blockchain, IoT, cloud) relevant to PCS and B2G projects.
