Role Description This on-site Real Estate Sales role is based in Bengaluru and requires full-time commitment. The role involves managing relationships with property owners, tenants, and buyers to facilitate property sales or rentals without brokerage. Responsibilities include consulting clients on their property needs, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role demands strong expertise in sales and property dealings while contributing to the company's mission of creating a seamless real estate experience. Qualifications - Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including industry knowledge and market trends. - Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - A valid Real Estate License is preferred but not mandatory. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment with proactive problem-solving and adaptability. - Prior experience in real estate or relevant fields is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred but not required.
