The Senior Information Security Analyst (ISA) will be responsible for supporting the core services of the Information Security group. The ISA's primary responsibilities will be to support customer due diligence questionnaires, customer audits procedures and addressing customer security findings. The Senior ISA will provide expertise and support in the main areas of Information Security, network security and architecture, vulnerability management, compliance and audit readiness, etc.. The ISA's will work with the SMEs in these areas to understand and obtain evidence of the processes to explain and respond to customer inquiries and requests. Responsibilities - The role is expected to work closely with the Information Security team and will receive guidance and feedback. There will be opportunities to lead specific projects. - Provide technical security support for internal audits and regulatory exams. - Proactively identify and communicate risks and potential roadblocks during audit processes to ensure timely resolution and audit success. - Work with other ISA in geographic regions to cross train and be able to support each other as needed. - Monitor and enforce the security controls. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills, with the proven ability to communicate and translate technical concepts, requirements, and issues to technical and non-technical business audiences. - The position involves the regular exchange of information with internal Iron Mountain stakeholders and Iron Mountain customers clear verbal and written communication is an important requirement of the position. The position also requires the confidential handling and exchange of sensitive information. - Position has the opportunity, if interested, to assist internal business teams on information security terms in contractual documents Requirements - Total travel: less than 5%, Overnight travel: less than 5% - Good understanding of compliance norms mandated by RBI, SEBI, NPCI - Interest in, but not required to possess, an information security certification - CISSP, CCNA, etc. or the ability to work towards obtaining the certification - Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - A good understanding of various security and data protection standards and frameworks such as ISO27001, PCI-DSS, NIST, The Digital Personal Data Protection Act of 2023 (DPDP) and any other country-specific cyber security regulations - Education: 3 year college degree - Experience: 2 5 years preferred - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Visio and/or Google Business Suite - Excellent organizational, time and project management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple short- and long-term projects and tasks under tight schedule and reactive conditions - High degree of business acumen, hard-working and determined - Some knowledge of contract law and strategic approaches to contracting a plus, but not required Category: Risk Management Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
