Are you a seasoned ServiceNow Administrator looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Administrator on a contract basis in Hyderabad Join us for a 6–12 month duration where you will play a crucial role in establishing governance practices for the day-to-day health, maintenance, and operation of the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will ensure that SN Operations and Maintenance practices are seamlessly integrated into Google's IT Operations processes, enhancing platform stability, performance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Document and implement 'in-platform' best practices across various areas such as User and Group Administration, Implementation procedures, System upgrades, Performance monitoring, In-platform reports, dashboards, and Advanced scripting for automation. Required Experience: - Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in administering the ServiceNow platform within a large enterprise setting (10,000+ users). - Proven track record of leading multiple major platform implementations and upgrades for large enterprise organizations, showcasing project and release management skills. - Deep expertise in core ITSM and CMDB, along with proficiency in modules like ITOM, ITAM, and GRC. - Expertise in scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and Angular JS for automation. - Demonstrated ability to implement complex integrations with both 1P and 3P enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Workday) using various API tools.
