Wishes and Blessings is a registered NGO based in Noida working across diverse sections of society to uplift the lesser privileged From education and nutrition to shelter and elder care our programmes are aimed at creating holistic sustainable change in the lives of those in need We are now seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence and amplify our impact across digital platforms Key Responsibilities 1 Digital Strategy Campaign Management- Plan manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads Facebook and Instagram- Increase reach engagement and support for campaigns aligned with our causes2 Content Creation Communication- Create compelling content for social media website newsletters and donor outreach- Write grammatically flawless engaging English content that aligns with our brand and values- Manage the monthly content calendar in coordination with programme teams3 Social Media Management- Handle day-to-day posting audience interaction and community engagement- Grow followers organically and through strategic paid promotions4 Website SEO- Regularly update and maintain the NGO website WordPress or similar - Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic5 Performance Analytics- Track and report key performance metrics across platforms Google Analytics Meta Insights - Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insightsQualifications Requirements- Min Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field- 1 years of relevant experience in digital marketing experience in the social development sector is a plus - Excellent written and spoken English skills- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Meta Business Suite SEO tools and Google Analytics MUST HAVE - Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms- A creative thinker with the ability to work independently and meet deadlinesWhat We Offer- An opportunity to use your digital skills for meaningful social impact- A passionate and purpose-driven work culture- Creative freedom to experiment and lead initiatives- Competitive compensation within the NGO sector- A chance to be a part of real on-ground change ref updazz com
