Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our CBSE school s administrative team The Admission Counselor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end student admission process engaging with parents guiding them through admission procedures and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a pleasant personality and a thorough understanding of CBSE admission norms Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students through calls emails walk-ins and school visits Provide detailed and accurate information about the school s curriculum admission process policies and fee structure Conduct school tours and counseling sessions for parents and students Coordinate admission tests interviews and other formalities as per CBSE guidelines Maintain updated admission records and ensure timely documentation Follow up with leads respond to queries promptly and maintain a database of inquiries and conversions Assist in planning and organizing admission events orientations and open houses Work closely with the Principal academic coordinators and administration to ensure smooth onboarding of new students Prepare and share periodic admission reports with the management Stay updated with CBSE norms and changes related to school admissions and compliance Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline Education or Administration background preferred Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a CBSE or other reputed school Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities Pleasant personality with a student and parent-centric approach Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools Job Type Full-time Pay 12 143 86 - 28 789 55 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Bathinda Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s If selected when can you join Education Bachelor s Required Work Location In person
