Requirement Education: CA Experience: 04-08 years Industry: - Telecom & Digital Platforms - BFSI (Large-Scale Revenue Operations) - Technology / SaaS - FMCG / Consumer Conglomerates - E-commerce & Retail Role Overview The Manager – Revenue Operations will be responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, risk management, and revenue consolidation across all business segments. The role involves maintaining enterprise-wide revenue accounting systems, validating partner settlements, and driving compliance with defined policies and SOPs. By monitoring exception dashboards, performing assurance reviews, and analyzing operating/financial ratios, the role ensures accuracy, compliance, and insights for revenue growth. The position acts as a key enabler for reliable financial reporting and control in the U2C platform Key Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain the risk register and controls master for the U2C platform across all customer segments. - Monitor exceptions to implemented controls through 100% automated KPI-based dashboards; perform root cause analysis and partner with operating teams for resolution. - Conduct regular assurance reviews with detailed substantive test work, especially for new product launches and unique transactions. - Consolidate revenue across RJIL & JPL business segments, ensuring bookkeeping aligns with defined architecture and SOPs. - Maintain Jio's revenue accounting manual and oversee creation of enterprise architecture in systems operating on revenue (SAP ERP + SAP CI). - Prepare and analyze key operating and financial ratios, ensuring data availability for strategic projects focused on revenue maximization and ARPU growth. - Own preparation of U2C platform analytical presentations with deep insights, including digital payments and regional revenue performance. - Validate 100% of invoices received from OTT, Ads & Games partners, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. - Support the Lead in implementing automation-led controls and governance frameworks. - Provide actionable insights to leadership on revenue risk, compliance, and growth opportunities. Key Deliverables - Comprehensive and updated risk register and controls master. - Accurate and timely exception monitoring dashboards with sustainable resolutions. - Reliable revenue consolidation and financial reporting across RJIL & JPL. - Updated and standardized revenue accounting manual aligned with enterprise systems. - Actionable financial ratios and insights driving ARPU and revenue growth projects. - Timely validation and processing of partner invoices and payments. - Insightful U2C analytical presentations for management reviews. - Strong compliance adherence with minimal audit observations. KPI - Timeliness and accuracy of risk register and controls master updates. - % of exceptions resolved within defined timelines. - Accuracy of revenue consolidation and financial reporting. - Timeliness of partner invoice validation and settlement. - Compliance scores in internal/external audits. - Number of assurance reviews completed on time. - Quality and timeliness of management analytical presentations. - % improvement in ARPU and revenue growth metrics enabled by insights. Key Skills - Strong expertise in revenue accounting, consolidation, and financial analysis. - Deep understanding of SAP ERP, SAP CI, and system-led financial architecture. - Strong audit, risk management, and assurance review capabilities. - Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from financial ratios. - Process orientation with focus on automation, standardization, and compliance. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - High attention to detail and ability to manage complex revenue transactions. - Strong presentation and communication skills for leadership reporting.
