Job Title: Procurement Engineer - Recent Engineering Graduates Company: Yayin Automation Location: 12th Floor, Tower - 2, RMZ Galleria Office, Yelahanka, Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site About the Role Yayin Automation is looking to hire Recent Engineering Graduates / Freshers ONLY for the position of Procurement Engineer to support our industrial valves and machinery supply operations. This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in procurement, supply chain, and industrial engineering. A 3-month paid training period will be provided. Salary, Training & Incentives - Basic Salary: 18,000 per month - Training Period: 3 months (paid training) - Salary Increment: After successful completion of the 3-month training period, salary increment will be considered based on individual performance and assigned job role. - Incentives: Order-based incentive of up to 2%, applicable on confirmed orders handled by the employee, as per company incentive policy. Key Responsibilities - Assist in sourcing suppliers for industrial valves, machinery, and engineering materials. - Prepare and send RFQs (Request for Quotations) to vendors. - Compare quotations and prepare cost comparison statements. - Support purchase order preparation and follow up with suppliers. - Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatch, documentation, and delivery tracking. - Maintain procurement records, supplier details, and price lists. - Communicate professionally with vendors via email and phone. - Track order status and report delays or issues to senior team members. Eligibility (Mandatory) - ONLY for Recent Engineering Graduates / Freshers - BE / BTech / Diploma in: - Mechanical Engineering - Electrical Engineering - Instrumentation Engineering - Production / Industrial Engineering - 0-1 year experience only Required Skills - Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals - Good written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to learn procurement and supply chain processes - Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) What We Offer - Structured paid training in procurement and supply chain - Exposure to industrial valves, machinery, and global suppliers - Clear performance-based growth path - Friendly and supportive work environment - Hands-on experience with India and Middle East projects Project Exposure You will assist in procurement activities for industrial valve and machinery supply projects across India and the Middle East.
