Job Description We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate - Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a design generalist who can work across digital, product, and marketing projects, with hands-on expertise in AI-based design tools. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, enjoy experimenting with new tools, and can translate ideas into impactful visuals, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design marketing assets such as ebooks, whitepapers, presentations, infographics, and social media creatives - Create compelling UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma for product and web projects - Leverage AI design tools to accelerate creative workflows and enhance design output - Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while ensuring design quality and originality - Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, tech) to translate requirements into visual assets - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines Requirements: - 12 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or related fields - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) - Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALLE, Runway, Sora or similar) - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Nice To Have: - Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and print collaterals - Knowledge of web design basics (HTML/CSS) - Prior experience in tech/startup environments What We Offer: - Opportunity to work on diverse projects across branding, digital, marketing, and product design - Exposure to the latest AI design workflows and tools - A collaborative, growth-oriented, and creative work environment - Competitive compensation and growth opportunities About Z1 Tech: Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified) is a technology first company which strives to innovate digital advertising and marketing to streamline automation in favour of humankind.
