Job Description About the Role HT Digital Streams is seeking a Motion & Graphic Designer who can blend creativity with technical expertise to produce visually engaging digital content. The role involves creating compelling motion graphics, animations, and static designs for campaigns across web, app, and social platforms. Key Responsibilities - Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, animated videos, and visual assets for marketing and brand campaigns. - Design static creatives, infographics, and digital assets aligned with brand identity. - Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visual communication. - Edit and enhance videos using motion, typography, and visual effects. - Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. - Stay current with design trends and digital storytelling techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field. - 25 years of experience in graphic and motion design, preferably within a digital media or creative agency. - Proficiency in: - Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop - Working knowledge of Figma or Blender/Cinema 4D is a plus. - Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory. - Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines. - A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing both static and motion design work. Good to Have - Experience in UI motion design or social media video editing. - Basic knowledge of sound design. - Familiarity with digital marketing creatives and brand storytelling.
