Role Summary We are seeking an SEO & Content Marketing Specialist with 24 years of experience tooptimizecontent performance across YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms. The role focuses on improving organic reach, enhancing discoverability, and driving audience growth through strategic SEO, content planning, and data-led insights. Key Responsibilities 1. Platform SEO (YouTube, Instagram, Google) - Optimizecontent using platform-specific SEO practices, including metadata, tags, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and hashtags. - Conductkeywordand trend research to strengthen ranking and visibility. - Implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, retention, and watch time. - Perform A/B testing for thumbnails, titles, and content elements. 2. Content Strategy & Marketing - Develop and manage content calendars based on brand goals and audience insights. - Work with creative teams to plan topics, scripts, and formats using SEO-driven recommendations. - Identifyplatform-specific opportunities across Reels, Shorts, and long-form video content. - Support content distribution across relevant digital channels. 3. Analytics & Reporting - Monitor performance metrics including impressions, CTR, retention, follower/subscriber growth, and keyword performance. - Prepare periodic reports with insights and optimization recommendations. - Use tools such as YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, Google Trends,VidIQ/TubeBuddy, and Google Analytics. - Track competitor activity and platform trends to refine strategy. 4. Collaboration - Coordinate with video editors, designers, and content teams to ensure optimization across all deliverables. - Align SEO recommendations with ongoing campaigns and broader marketingobjectives. Required Qualifications - 24 years of experience in SEO for YouTube, Instagram, and social content platforms. - Strong understanding of platform algorithms and ranking factors. - Proficiencywith SEO and analytics tools (VidIQ,TubeBuddy, Google Trends, etc.). - Ability to translate data into actionable content improvements. - Strong communicationand coordination skills. Preferred / Nice to Have - Experience in content planning or script ideation for digital videos. - Understanding ofpaid promotion support for YouTube/Instagram. - Exposure tocreator-led or brand-led content environments.
