CCMO-TL-Credit Operations- Transaction INTERNAL USAGE No of Vacancies Reports to CCMO-TL-Credit Operations- Transaction Is a Team leader Both Team Size Grade Business WTO Department CCMO Sub-Department CMO - Credit Operations Location CO - Worli About CCMO Explain The function of the department -Custody and Capital Market Operations Handing of all related activities to Bank as a SEBI registered Custodian CDSL NSDL Depository Participant CDSL NSDL Professional Clearing Member NSE BSE etc Clearing Bankers to NSE BSE Credit Operations for Broker Members General Operations for Brokers Bankers to issuer Importance and contribution towards the organization - All operations are centralized and handled by CCMO at Fort Capital Market NPC-I and NPC-II About the Role CMO under CCMO operates various activities one of them being Credit Operations for Broker Members To execute various securities documentation as per the sanctioned credit facilities terms Monitoring of various covenants of sanction terms Disbursement of Fund Based and Non-Funds Based facilities Preparation of various MIS for internal consumption Recovery of Commercials Key Responsibilities Preparation of draft Sanction Letters as per Credit Proposal sanctioned terms jointly with RMs Execution of Security Documents as per sanction terms and coordinating with Legal Team Tracking and fulfilling of post sanction covenants and publishing MIS for the same Maintenance of Sanction limits - Both Fund Based and Non Fund Based Facilities Opening of Overdraft accounts under Fund Based Disbursement Activities Issuance of Bank Guarantees under Non-Fund Based Disbursement Creation of underlying securities for disbursement purposes of both fund Based and Non fund Based Facilities Meeting of the regulatory guidelines and internal guidelines while setting up Drawing Power and Security creation Ensuring that proper securities collaterals are maintained at all time Mapping and Tracking of Capital Market Exposure for Broker Clients Preparation and publishing of various MIS for internal consumption Providing Intra Day Facilities Recovery of Intraday Charges Interest Servicing BG Commission and Fees if any Resolving of various Audit Queries Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Minimum qualification - Graduate Post Graduate NISM certification preferable Experience - Minimum 2- 5 Years Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job a candidate should possess the following Knowledge Knowledge of Capital Market Operations and credit related operations knowledge Knowledge of Exchange Depositories RBI compliance requirements is an added advantage Skills Good communication both verbal written and inter-personal skills Abilities Ability to work effectively across functions Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment Ability to prioritize and make impalement decisions in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to manage multiple tasks projects and deadlines simultaneously Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
