Job Description

EF&T is Telecommunications and ICT Services company a subsidiary of Australian based company Efiniti Telecommunications Services Ltd - a trusted name in the Telecommunications and ICT sector since 2006.

We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our ICT division as we continue to expand our services. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the internal IT team, coordinating ICT projects, and ensuring smooth client interactions.

Employment: Full Time

Location: Bangalore, India

Role & Responsibilities:

Coordinating and ensuring the smooth, on-time delivery of transition activities required to migrate customers onto new products and/or services.

Managing work groups to deliver projects according to customer transition schedules across multiple sites and services.

Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Engaging with customers during transitions to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.

Tracking dependencies, risks, and issues at the project level while ensuring timely achievement of deliverables.

Using internal systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to monitor progress, create project portfolios, and meet reporting requirements.

Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.

Identifying service features, validating details, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with account teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Delivering direct customer support through phone and email communication when required.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills with the ability to deliver an excellent user experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple, clear terms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and motivated mindset.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar project management/service tools (preferred).

Experience supporting corporate, enterprise, or government customers (highly desirable).

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Flexibility to work during weekdays and occasionally weekends.

Availability to start immediately.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

Certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) will be highly regarded.
