Job Description

We are seeking proactive and driven HR Recruiters to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Whether you are a fresher or have up to 5 years of experience, this role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to building strong talent pipelines for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business heads to understand role requirements.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS / internal systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives (as required).

Requirements

- Bachelor's / Master's degree (BBA, MBA HR, or equivalent).
- 05 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Experience in recruitment consultancy / staffing firm will be an added advantage.
