I am currently looking for an MES Platform Architect who has proven experience with Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect MOM within a global digital transformation project. Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months contract into permanent position Location: India Hybrid: 3 days onsite Industry: Pharmaceutical Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect MOM globally. - Oversee digital transformation, ensuring system scalability and alignment with business goals. - Customize solutions to meet the business requirements. - Mentor junior team members and drive technical excellence. - Act as a technical and functional translator between business and IT teams. Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years specifically working with Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect. - 5+ years of experience in digital data and RGM technology project management. - Proven experience with Commercial Revenue Enablement, RGM, and TPM solutions (e.g., XTEL, Kantar, Enterra). - Strong understanding of RGM data architecture, data models (ERP sell-in, syndicated market data, TPM, and financial data). - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data Architecture/Engineering and Commercial/Sales/RGM business teams. - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with strong documentation and stakeholder management abilities. - Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies.
