Job Description

Agency Channel Roles & Responsibilities :

TheAgency Channelis a key sales channel in the Life Insurance sector. The role involvesrecruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors (agents)who will sell life insurance policies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and recruitpotential insurance advisors.

Train and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.

Drive sales through advisors and ensure policy renewals.

Conduct regular meetings with agents to review sales performance.

Support agents in closing sales by providing necessary guidance.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and agents toensure business growth.

Mandatory Requirements for Candidates

Minimum 3 Years of experience of Life insurance Agency Required.

Candidate must belocaland residing within35 kmof the job location.

Good communication skillsare required

Graduation is compulsory.

The candidate must have lived in thesame location for at least 5 years.

Personal vehicle is mandatory.

Office discipline is strictly followed candidates must report to the office by9:30 AM daily, except on holidays.
