Desired Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience delivering data science solutions and services.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Ability to stay updated on AI/ML advancements and prototype innovative solutions.
- Good to have experience in Healthcare Or Insurance.
- Having experience with GenAI is an add on.
- Strong problem-solving skills to engage with clients and structure discussions around unstructured challenges.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Thought leadership in data science, positioning yourself as a technical decision-maker.
- Track record of identifying new opportunities, expanding existing ones, and converting capabilities into revenue streams.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams across multiple clients and projects.
- Hands-on development expertise in Python, R, or Spark for building and reviewing advanced analytics models.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data systems (Hadoop, Snowflake).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
