The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring billing accuracy, driving productivity, strengthening client relationships, and supporting organizational growth.Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily medical billing operations (charge entry, Medical Billing, AR, denials, collections).- Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and adherence to KPIs/SLAs.- Manage and mentor large teams, ensuring high employee engagement and low attrition.- Collaborate with Directors / Sr. Directors to execute business strategy and meet client expectations.- Analyze metrics and provide actionable insights to improve financial and operational outcomes.- Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, payer guidelines) and maintain quality standards.- Act as a key point of contact for client communication and escalations.Desired Profile- 12+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM, with 3–5 years in a managerial / senior leadership role.- Strong domain knowledge across billing processes, AR follow-up, denial management, and payer policies.- Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and multiple clients.- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Exposure to automation tools / process transformation is an advantage.Contact Details:Bhargav SCall / WhatsApp : PCall : WhatsApp :
