MUFG is seeking an Assistant Vice President to support the Global Centre of Excellence for Cybersecurity Awareness and Training. This role is crucial in strengthening the Bank's cybersecurity posture by delivering global initiatives and ensuring regional alignment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Global Cyber Awareness & Training Program Delivery Support
- This global role supports support for the Cyber Awareness & Training global Centre of Excellence (CoE) across regions such as APAC, EMEA, US, and Japan.
- The candidate will be expected to have dedicated experience and knowledge in creating, designing and conducting cyber training and awareness programs such as cyber eLearning, phishing tests, cyber newsletters, training and workshops.
- Candidates can evaluate the efficacy of cyber training and awareness and perform continuous review improvement to the programs.
- Be the key member to support and advise on cybersecurity awareness & training global CoE matters.
- Support in promoting cybersecurity awareness initiatives globally.

Experiential Learning:

- Engage in research of innovative learning technologies and methods, such as gamification, to boost engagement and retention.
- Conduct knowledge sharing and communications across the regions globally to ensure alignment to the latest cyber threats and trends.

Engagement with Stakeholders:

- Facilitate and support sessions / communications for CoE program development and operationalization.
- Maintain relationships with regional teams to ensure consistent delivery and messaging.

Expectations:

- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a team player with the bank's cybersecurity professionals to achieve program objectives.
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various regions and departments to integrate cybersecurity awareness globally.
- Continuous Improvement and Passion: Show a passion for continuously improving the training program's effectiveness and ensuring alignment with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in supporting and conducting Cyber Security Awareness and Training Programs in corporate environments.
- Experience with various training methods and different audience groups.
- Experience or knowledge in cybersecurity operations or vulnerability management will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST Cyber Framework, CRI).
- Hands-on experience in developing and conducting cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
- Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in multi-national corporations will be advantageous.
