Lead Cyber Security Strategist

This is a critical position that will support the cyber security strategy for various offerings. The role will oversee joint services, projects, and operational activities on behalf of management.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of cyber security strategies across business units.
- Develop and maintain group-level cyber security policies, standards, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices.
- Manage the cyber security assurance program and exception handling process.
- Implement and roll out cyber security awareness and training initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage joint services, initiatives, and operational projects in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber security technologies, solutions, and processes.
- Experience managing or developing programs in multiple areas such as secure development lifecycle, security training/testing, incident response, SBOM, supply chain security, PKI, performance monitoring, and compliance with security standards.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in cyber security-related initiatives.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or science-based disciplines.
- Global collaboration skills and proficiency in English.
