About Wrisk Wrisk is reinventing insurance for the digital era providing a simple transparent and personal approach to insurance through a seamless platform that combines best-in-class customer experience modern technology and insurance expertise We have developed differentiated insurance experiences for renowned automotive brands including BMW MINI Volvo Jaguar Land Rover and heycar in the UK As we expand our platform s capabilities we are looking for a talented QA Engineer to ensure our solutions are of the highest quality meeting the needs of our users and partners across various markets As a QA Engineer at Wrisk you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and designers to define and execute test strategies troubleshoot issues and ensure that we deliver high-quality solutions to our customers This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation and quality are at the heart of what we do Key Responsibilities Test Planning Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements define test strategies and plan test coverage Manual Automated Testing Design develop and execute both manual and automated tests for new and existing features across Wrisk s platform Bug Identification Reporting Identify document and track defects working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement in our QA processes and frameworks contributing to the development of automated test suites Regression Testing Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure platform stability after feature releases and updates Cross-Device Testing Ensure platform functionality across various devices operating systems and browser environments Collaboration Work closely with the development product and design teams to identify areas for improvement resolve issues and ensure product releases are of the highest quality Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of test cases processes and outcomes for reference and reporting purposes Performance Security Testing Support efforts to conduct performance and security testing ensuring our platform meets industry standards for speed reliability and security This role is hybrid with 3-4 days a week in the office based in Noida Requirements Qualifications 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automated testing Proficiency in testing frameworks and tools e g Selenium Cypress JUnit along with experience in testing web applications APIs and mobile platforms Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts with knowledge of CI CD pipelines e g Jenkins CircleCI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality reliable software Experience working in an Agile environment participating in sprints and contributing to continuous integration processes What s Good to Have Work experience in the insurance industry is a plus ISTQB or similar certification in test automation Experience with agile or kanban project management frameworks Knowledge of Linux system administration database administration or other technical skills outside the test automation domain Experience with cloud platforms particularly AWS Proficiency in programming or scripting languages like Shell Scripting JavaScript TypeScript or Python Familiarity with low-code or AI-based automation tools such as Autify Testim and Katalon Studio Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Flexible working arrangements Career development opportunities within a growing innovative company Dynamic and collaborative work environment
