Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios for both manual and automated testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain and enhance automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Validate new features, perform sanity checks, and ensure software stability before deployment.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement in testing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium / Cypress / Appium / Postman or similar.
  • Proficiency in test case management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).
  • Familiarity with API testing and scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
