Job Description Responsibilities - Responsible for all techno-commercial aspects for the award of Civil & Pipeline laying work for large water distribution & water treatment projects (like Dams, Canal, industrial civil works etc.) - Identify & deploy resourceful Contractors according to the nature of work. - Negotiate best price points and finalize terms and conditions with vendors and subcontractors as per guidelines. - Oversee and manage the entire contracting process from receipt of requirement up to the award thereby ensuring timely finalization and within the internal cost estimates. - Coordinating with all stakeholders namely Project team, site construction team & Internal estimate team on all techno commercial issues. - Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to improve continuously. - Support Business development team for cost estimation of Civil works. Qualifications Qualification B.E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering Experience 3-5 Years of Experience
