Job Description Role & Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance design and configurationdrive workshops, gather requirements, and produce solution design and configuration specifications. - Configure and validate GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, tax and closing processes in S/4HANA; ensure correct master-data mappings and posting rules. - Translate business requirements into technical specs and coordinate with ABAP/integration teams for interfaces, IDocs, and custom developments. - Implement month-end close optimisations, reconciliations, and reporting improvements using S/4HANA native tools and financial closing cockpit. - Perform system testing, cutover planning, data migration validation, and lead user training / knowledge-transfer sessions. - Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for finance processes. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - SAP S/4HANA Finance - SAP Financial Accounting (FI) - SAP General Ledger (GL) - SAP Accounts Payable (AP) - SAP Accounts Receivable (AR) - SAP Asset Accounting (AA) Preferred - SAP Fiori - SAP Central Finance - SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit Additional desirable qualifications: strong understanding of Indian statutory reporting and indirect tax (GST) impacts on SAP, hands-on experience with S/4HANA data migration and cutover activities, and exposure to finance-process redesign and automation.
