About Flyhi Finance:

Flyhi Finance is Indias most student-first education finance company, enabling affordable and fast-access study loans especially for vocational and career-focused learners. Were on a mission to make education financing transparent, tech-driven, and stress-free for every student and parent.

Were also launching our flagship podcast show where we simplify essential topics in education, finance, careers and current affairs in a no-jargon, clarity-first format.

Role Overview:

Were looking for a smart, proactive Marketing Intern who will support Flyhis marketing efforts and lead end-to-end podcast coordination. Youll play a pivotal role in building Flyhis brand presence and content pipeline.

Marketing Support:

- Assist in drafting social media content, blogs, and email newsletters

- Coordinate with our external marketing agency for content planning, asset delivery, and performance updates

- Manage basic design work via Canva (or work with internal/external designers)

- Support execution of digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

- Help monitor analytics and prepare simple reports or insights

Podcast Coordination:

- Research, shortlist, and connect with suitable podcast guests

- Draft and send professional outreach communications

- Handle guest scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups

- Assist in shooting setups, script prep, show notes, and uploading episodes with proper formatting

- Liaise with podcast editor and design team for smooth execution

-Location: Mumbai | Hybrid (Remote for exceptional candidates)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Undergraduate/graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or related fields

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Highly organized and self-motivated with attention to detail

- Comfortable using Google Suite, Canva, Calendly, and basic productivity tools

- Interest in podcasts, digital content, and education/finance themes

- Prior experience coordinating between teams or vendors is a plus
