Job Description School Housekeeping Supervisor Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore Experience: 3+ years (preferred) Qualification: Any graduate or diploma holder with relevant supervisory experience in housekeeping or facility management. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the school premises. - Plan, assign, and monitor daily cleaning schedules for classrooms, restrooms, corridors, offices, and outdoor areas. - Inspect facilities regularly to ensure standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance are met. - Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment. - Train and guide housekeeping staff on safety, hygiene, and proper cleaning techniques. - Coordinate with the administration team for event setups and special cleaning requirements. - Handle staff attendance, duty rosters, and performance monitoring. - Ensure adherence to the school's safety and hygiene policies. Key Requirements - Must be currently residing in Bangalore. - Ready to travel to Devanahalli for work. - Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a school, hospital, or institutional environment. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage a team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and discipline.
