About KS Automobiles KS Automobiles is a reputed automobile dealership in Udaipur Rajasthan dedicated to delivering exceptional vehicles and financial solutions to our customers We are proud partners with major banking institutions like HDFC Bank to provide seamless financing services Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Loan Department to join our growing team The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of auto loan processing manage end-to-end loan operations and act as the liaison between KS Automobiles and HDFC Bank Key Responsibilities Manage and streamline auto loan processing documentation and disbursement for customers purchasing vehicles through our dealership Act as the primary point of contact with HDFC Bank for all loan-related functions ensuring smooth coordination and timely resolution Assess customer financials and eligibility verify documents and ensure adherence to all compliance guidelines Supervise and train junior staff or loan executives Maintain strong relationships with bank representatives and update internal stakeholders on new financial products or policy changes Resolve customer queries related to loan products and repayment matters Prepare periodic reports on loan status approvals and disbursals for management review Stay updated on automotive finance trends and best practices Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree Commerce Business Finance preferred Minimum 4 years experience in auto loan processing or automotive finance Proven track record of working with banks especially HDFC Bank preferred Strong understanding of financial documentation compliance and RBI regulations Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office and dealership management software What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity to work with leading banks and reputed automotive brands Supportive work environment focused on growth and professional development Exposure to industry best practices in auto finance Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Life insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7427066222
