Job Description Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and the ability to drive measurable ROI through paid campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other PPC campaigns. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy testing to maximize campaign performance. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). - Optimize ad campaigns to improve conversions and lower costs. - Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports. - Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives. - Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 23 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. - Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills. - Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation. - Google Ads certification (preferred). - Excellent communication and attention to detail.
