Qualification: Semi qualified CA/Graduate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate to lead our Direct Tax practice, including International Tax. The role involves overseeing domestic tax compliance, tax audits, and international taxation, including transfer pricing. The candidate must have strong technical capabilities, leadership skills, and experience dealing with high-value and complex tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct Tax Compliance & Advisory

- Review and manage ITRs for Individual including HNI, HUF, corporates, and LLPs/Firms
- Provide tax planning and structuring advice under Income Tax Act
- Analyze implications of amendments and case laws
- Handle tax audits, TDS reviews, and advance tax computations

2. International Tax & Transfer Pricing

- Handle Form 15CA/CB, foreign remittances, and FEMA-tax overlap
- Research on cross-border transactions & DTAA

3. Litigation & Representation

- Draft replies to notices, scrutiny assessments, and appeals

4. Practice Management & Team Leadership

- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals
- Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Support business development and client relationship management

Key Skills & Attributes:

- Good understanding of Indian Income Tax Act
- Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills
- Leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Proficient with IT portal, TDS utilities, and accounting software

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience with CA firms or consulting companies
- Experience in working with startups, MNCs, and promoter-driven companies

Remuneration:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
