Job Description

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and financial policies.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk assessment activities.

- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.

- Lead the accounting and finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise financial performance.

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.

- Monitor and evaluate financial systems, recommending improvements as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM - Finance should have:

- CA with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- Experience in managing teams within the accounting and finance department.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
