Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking aBusiness Development Executivewith astrong sales background inEducation & NGO sectors, combined withtechnical understanding of electronics or telecom engineering. The candidate should have23 years of relevant experienceand a proven track record in building institutional relationships. Prior experience in the skilling ecosystem will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with colleges, universities (especially engineering institutions), NGOs, and training centers to promote our skilling and job-readiness programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops to onboard partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, training delivery, and partner support.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Participate in events, education fairs, and awareness campaigns.

Key Requirements:

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with theskilling ecosystem, job-readiness programs, or government-led skill missions is preferred.

Educationalbackground in Engineering (preferably in Electronics, Telecom, or related fields)
