Key Responsibilities Perform regular preventive maintenance and routine inspections on all air conditioning refrigeration and ventilation systems Diagnose malfunctioning systems identify root causes and carry out repairs efficiently Install maintain and troubleshoot split units package units chillers cold rooms and VRV VRF systems Check and record gas pressures temperatures electrical connections and compressor performance Replace faulty components such as compressors thermostats motors sensors filters and fan belts Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs for all equipment Ensure all HVAC systems comply with safety health and environmental standards Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments or guest complaints related to air conditioning Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for spare part requisitions and report major issues requiring outside contractor support Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor system efficiency Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times wearing proper PPE while on duty Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Ability to commute relocate Kollam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s How many years of experience do you have Do you have any any experience in Hotels Resorts Location Kollam Kerala Preferred Work Location In person
